Are the 3D photos up to date?
Yes, 3D tours show the current state. If there are scratched panels or marks from furniture in the office, you will see it on the scan. We do not hide defects because we respect your time.
For what period do I have to sign a contract?
Most office buildings prefer 12 or 24-month contracts. If you are looking for something for a quarter, check our 14 coworking locations. Contracts there are flexible.
What if I like the office?
You view online, you decide on-site. If the premises suit you, you conduct negotiations directly with the owner. Thanks to this, the process usually takes 8 days less than through an agent.
