Agency 'Logis' found an office in 3 days instead of a month
Logistics company needed 120m2 close to the motorway. Thanks to 3D tours, they selected 2 premises, visited one, and signed a contract in 72 hours from the start of the search.
The Logis company was looking for an office close to the motorway junction to facilitate access for couriers. Instead of driving all over Poznań and wasting time in traffic jams, they focused on verifying offers through 3D tours. The entire process – from the first click to receiving the keys – took them exactly 3 business days.
The challenge
The Logis Transport team consists of 6 people and had previously been cramped in a small room in Jeżyce. Marek, the operations manager, had earlier spent two weeks browsing ads on popular portals. He went to see 3 premises live, but each of them looked different than in the photos. in one, the walls required immediate painting, and in the second, the promised parking for vans was missing. Marek wasted 11 hours just driving around the city without any effect.
Our approach
At Fairofoffers, we gave Marek access to a database of 87 verified premises in Poznań. Instead of arranging blind meetings, Marek received an instruction: first a 3D tour, then a phone call. We focused on offers located close to the S11 bypass and the A2 motorway, as that was their main business requirement. The solution

Results
Logis Transport rented an office with an area of 122 m2 with direct entry for cars. Thanks to the fact that they rented it without brokers, they saved 4,800 PLN on the agency commission alone, which covered the cost of buying new desks for the entire team.
